Manage your subscriptions and payments

Subscription Plans

Each community sets its own pricing. When you subscribe to a premium community, you'll be charged:

Monthly Plans

Billed every month, cancel anytime

Annual Plans

Billed once per year, usually at a discount

First charge: Immediate upon subscription. Subsequent charges occur on the same date each billing period.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Updating Payment Method

  1. 1. Go to Account Settings
  2. 2. Click on "Billing & Subscriptions"
  3. 3. Select "Payment Methods"
  4. 4. Add or update your payment information

Canceling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

    Go to the community page or your Account Settings

    Navigate to "Manage Subscription"
  3. 3
    Click "Cancel Subscription"

    Confirm your cancellation

Important: You'll continue to have access to the community until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with a community, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription.

To Request a Refund:

  2. 2. Include your subscription details and reason for refund
  3. 3. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days
  4. 4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Note: Refunds are only available for the first subscription charge. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refunds if you cancel mid-period.

Common Billing Questions

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired card, or security restrictions. Contact your bank or try a different payment method.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual plans. The change takes effect at your next billing date.

Do you charge taxes?

Taxes are applied based on your location and local regulations. You'll see any applicable taxes before confirming payment.

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available in your Account Settings under "Billing History". You can download or email them for your records.
